SHIPPING:

See below for information and steps to be considered in the event of any unexpected mishaps regarding shipping.

DOMESTIC SHIPMENTS

  • Domestic US-based orders ship via USPS Priority Mail.

  • Processing time for REGULAR Domestic US-based orders is between 1-3 business days. 

  • Processing time for CUSTOM Domestic US-based orders is between 2-4 business days. 

  • Domestic US-based customers can expect to receive their order within 2-7 days after the order has shipped.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

  • International orders ship via USPS International Service.

  • Processing time for REGULAR International orders is between 1-3 business days. 

  • Processing time for CUSTOM International orders is between 2-4 business days. 

  • International customers can expect to receive their order within 5-14 days after the order has shipped. 

  • CUSTOMERS WILL BE PROVIDED WITH A CUSTOMS DECLARATION NUMBER ONCE ITEM IS SHIPPED. WE ARE UNABLE TO TRACK ANY INTERNATIONAL ITEM ONCE IT HAS BEEN SHIPPED. CUSTOMERS SHOULD CONTACT THEIR LOCAL POST OFFICE OR CUSTOMS TO LOCATE PACKAGE. Please note, DEIN & TULLY Candles is not responsible for any additional duties/tariffs/fees associated with receipt of order. Please Refer to the mail carrier for more assistance on locating your package(s).

    NOTE: To ensure that there are no issues with quoted delivery times, please take careful consideration when choosing products and entering your information during check-out. It is your responsibility, as the buyer, to make sure your name, address and contact information are correct and complete. 

ALSO: Please make sure to include an apartment, suite number etc, if applicable. You may notify us ASAP, within 24 hours of the order being placed via the GENERAL INQUIRIES page to add it to your order. After the 24hour grace period, the order will be shipped to the address listed on the order.

TRACKING

  • Tracking information will be sent to the email address listed on the order when the order has been shipped.

  • DEIN & TULLY Candles is not responsible for lost/missing packages. Once a package leaves our location, it is the responsibility of our shipment provider (USPS) to ensure its receipt.


RETURNS:

We want you to be happy with your purchase from DEIN & TULLY. See below for our return & exchange policy. Send an email via the RETURNS CENTER page to have a return request processed.

  • All CUSTOM Candle Order Sales Are FINALNo exceptions.

  • All returns of any unused/unburned candles (excluding custom candles) are subjected to a 25% restocking fee of the purchase price (excluding shipping and handling fees). Unused Candles may be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • The customer is responsible for any fees and costs associated with returning unused candles back to DEIN & TULLY Candles.

  • A replacement or full refund (minus shipping & handling fees) can be made if products were damaged/lost by the carrier during shipment. Please submit a claim and photographic proof to the DAMAGED/LOST SHIPMENT page within 7 days of delivery.

  • If a package was damaged or lost by the carrier during shipment, an exchange may be processed for the same product or another item of the same purchasing price.
